Attention, prohibited on public roads! This cylinder exceeding the engine capacity of 50cc is only reserved for competition.
Here is the high 80cc engine from BARIKIT for DERBI euro 3 and 4 engine. This model offers good power and a very large increase in torque. The cylinder is a cast iron alloy model with a high temperature metallic gray outer paint, so it offers great reliability, ideal for endurance, stunt….
The diagrams have an excellent torque / power ratio. The cylinder has a very large booster exhaust and 5 improved intake transfers. The base preserves an original shape and will fit without modification of the original crankcases.With its diameter of 50mm, it offers a real displacement of 78.53cc in company of the crankshaft original stroke 40mm of the engine DERBI euro 3 and euro 4.
The piston is a two-segment model to once again preserve torque and strength. This piston has received a black graphite treatment, it also has an opening on the rear skirt for improved sweeping and side grease nipples! The segments delivered with the kit are very fine chrome-plated special steels to allow high speeds.
The cylinder head cover is white for a nice aesthetic touch, this aluminum cylinder head is in two parts (decomposable) with a stud equipped with a hemispherical high compression chamber polished finish, mounted on an O-ring. It will also significantly improve engine cooling.
In summary, it looks a lot like the FURYTECH but it is nevertheless better worked with more high-end materials. This cylinder will therefore offer you reliability, power (especially with good diagrams, thin segments and an exhaust with boosters) and a lot of torque!

To top it all off, BARIKIT also opted for a reinforced aluminum gasket for the cylinder head and the thermal unit has 2 screw locations on each side in order to reinforce it properly. We only regret that the channels are not worked enough and that the side bolts of the cylinder head are not delivered, nor any cylinder head screws. This is just a detail… in view of the price for such a cylinder offering a lot of performance!
With this kit we recommend that you accompany it with at least : a Ø21mm carburetion (24 / 25mm to use it properly), racing exhaust, cold spark plug (B9 / B10 depending on temperature), reinforced crankshaft and bearings.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
