The BARIKIT Racing cast iron kit is a very rare model and rarely sold. This model has 4 side transfers plus a rear, in addition, it has a boosters exhaust. It is the most special cast iron on the market. With its Ø47mm bore it offers real 67.66cc To preserve good strength, BARIKIT used a very high-end cast iron and fitted a two-segment piston to slow down the high speed. The admission is therefore made by 5 transfers, the exhaust is very wide and has 2 boosters.
The piston is therefore a model with 2 segments in order to slightly slow the high speed for the benefit of torque and strength, these segments are very thin (1mm), they are also chrome, treated, lapped. The cylinder head is an aluminum model with a high compression hemispherical combustion chamber with a polished finish.
In the end, this kit is a model with very torquey diagrams, it is relatively powerful and very solid. Nothing prevents you from mounting it with a 43mm stroke, which would give you a 75cc cast iron kit overpowered and out of the ordinary.
We recommend mounting this kit with: 19 or 21 mm carburetion, racing exhaust, reinforced crankshaft, reinforced clutch and reinforced bearings.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
