In the category of thermal groups "Sport aluminum", we present to you this monstrous kit MALOSSI MHR REPLICA diameter Ø50mm and a displacement of 80cc. This cylinder is the replica of the famous MALOSSI MHR TEAM! This model is certainly slightly less powerful than its counterpart MHR TEAM but it remains nevertheless torquey and solid!
The MALOSSI MHR TEAM stud bolt has been replaced by a normal "monobloc" cylinder head, the combustion chamber is a frustoconical model with polished finish, high compression. The cylinder is like the MALOSSI MHR TEAM, a diameter of 50mm which offers 76.57cc of actual displacement.
This cylinder preserves the original base form, the transfers are 5 in number and they are relatively well worked (front angle under the exhaust for better scanning and more performance). The transfer channels are very studied, they do not require any preparation.The exhaust is a model with boosters in order to preserve good solidity while opening the exhaust as wide as possible.
In order to slow down the race for more solidity, MALOSSI put a bi segment piston, these segments are top-of-the-range hard chrome domed models 1.5mm thick in order to slightly slow down the high speeds in favor of the torque and the solidity . The piston is a very high-end model like all MHR pistons, it has side grease nipples and a very high silicon content for improved heat exchange surfaces.
This kit also offers you the possibility of reconnecting the original carburettor antifreeze, this is obviously not mandatory and MALOSSI provides with this kit the collars & plugs. To finish the presentation of this magnificent high engine, this kit is an extremely powerful model but above all very solid thanks to the specific treatment employed, the alloys and the MALOSSI MHR bore which are of the most upscale on the competition cylinder market! We recommend accompanying this kit with at least : racing exhaust, 21mm carburetion, unbridled competition ignition, reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings, hard clutch springs, NGK competition or Iridium spark plug, 100% synthetic racing engine oil, etc. .
