In the aluminum sport category we offer you this MALOSSI MHR team replica kit Ø50mm 80cc. This cylinder is the replica of the great MALOSSI MHR team! This model is certainly slightly less powerful but above all more torquey and solid! The MALOSSI MHR TEAM stud bolt is present, but the diagrams are lower, it will be a high engine less powerful at high speed, but more torque and available at the bottom!

 

 

The cylinder is like the MALOSSI MHR team, a diameter of 50mm which offers 76.57cc of displacement. This cylinder preserves the original base form, the transfers are 5 in number and they are relatively well worked (front angle under the exhaust for better scanning and more performance). The transfer channels are very studied, they do not require any preparation.

 

 

The exhaust is a model with boosters in order to preserve good solidity while opening the exhaust to the maximum in width. In order to slow down the race for more solidity, MALOSSI put a single segment piston, this segments is a high-end hard chrome domed 0.8mm models for less friction. Like all MHR pistons, the piston is a very high-end model, it has side grease nipples, it has a very high silicon content ...

 

 

This kit also offers you the possibility of reconnecting the original carburetor antifreeze, this is obviously not mandatory. To conclude, this kit is an extremely powerful model but above all very solid especially with the treatment and the MALOSSI MHR bore which are of the most upscale in the world!
