Great novelty !!! Here is the new high engine BIDALOT RACING FACTORY 90 WR in diameter Ø50.5mm for mécaboite driving DERBI euro 3 and euro 4. Specially designed for competition in addition to the crankshaft stroke 44.90mm ref. 12100886.
Entirely modeled in 3D CAD, the cylinder receives better cooling from all these transfer and exhaust cores, with constant thicknesses, able to guarantee optimized efficiency.
Its piston is a high-end single segment racing model which will reduce friction and consequently increase high speeds. It is equipped with a thin segment in curved lapped chrome steel, its axis 13 X 40mm and reinforced clips, needle cage Ø13xØ17x17.5mm . Delivered 100% complete, you will have a complete seal pack with different thicknesses of base seals allowing you to fine-tune your squish settings.
Another plus of this high engine has been made directly in the design of the cylinder which sees the addition of 4 fixing screws for the cylinder head stud. The cylinder is obviously in aluminum with always its specific treatment and nikasil coating.
The cylinder head , cut in the mass in aviation aluminum type 7075, is self-centered in the cylinder. The stud fits 3.4mm into the bore on this 90cm3 version.
The cover has an M10x1.00 tapping hole, allowing the connection of a temperature probe. A sealing plug is supplied as standard, in the absence of this probe.
It is possible to upgrade this high engine to a 96cm3 version, using the Racing Factory Course 48.0mm crankshaft, a 4mm thick cylinder shim, and a specific cylinder head stud.
It is necessary to machine the casing for the passage of the piston, everything is delivered with a nice explanatory note and all the diagrams which will help you to do the job with precision.
The cutting play must be at 0.20mm minimum. The maximum height of the main duct is 159 ° at the exhaust and 190 ° at the boosters.
This kit has been developed with a BIDALOT Racing Factory 2015 exhaust , VFORCE 3i valves, a PWK 34 carburettor and a BIDALOT Racing Factory ignition (variable advance)
