This kit 70cc MALOSSI MHR is a concentrate of performance thanks to its design, study, architecture and elements that accompanies it. Its aluminum cylinder nikasil treated with specific heat treatment, has excellent finishes and has 6 admission transfers widened and worked with a huge exhaust with bar.
The piston is a single high-quality segment model Ø47,6mm diameter promoting high speeds (reducing friction), equipped with its end segment chrome domed honed, clips reinforced C and its axis 12mm. The piston was created from the finest materials to ensure good heat resistance and temperature changes with an outer coating of graphite to an even lower coefficient of friction.
Finally, a single-piece aluminum cylinder head, it bonds with the stud nut mounted O-ring for a perfect seal. Its combustion chamber is a high compression with ever finish of high quality. Equipped with the terminals for anti freeze and coolant connection.

We recommend to accompany this high engine with at least: Ø21mm carburizing, an intake kit, racing exhaust, ultra vilbebrequin reinforced, reinforced bearings C4 or Celeron, cold candle racing, motor oil 100% synthetic racing, a variation great beach, a racing ignition, careful monitoring and running, mounting in the rules ....
Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance. Improved bottom skirt is also included in the amendment. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
