AIRSAL following a strong demand finally comes out these kits fonts! It should be known that a cast iron kit is more solid on long journeys, it thus allows an additional reliability but it gives a little less power than an aluminum kit.
This model diameter Ø47mm axis 10mm is a real 68cc! It is a very good high engine, very well finished that will bring much better performance to your machine without denying the strength.
It is of course equipped with a bi-segment piston for better torque and sweeping. it has 5 transfers, the side to the base are well worked. The internals internally are nicely drawn.
In addition it is sold with an aluminum cylinder head for better heat dispersion. In summary this kit will give you very good performance especially at low speeds while having excellent strength.
We recommend it with at least: carburation 19mm + flaps of valves 0,30mm (original pipe, original valves and diffuser of valves of origin can be preserved), muffler racing, crankshaft and reinforced bearings, candle cold racing ...
Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the bottom of skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
