Here is the brand new 70cc kit from AIRSAL. After a great success in the AIRSAL aluminum kits and following a strong demand, these cast iron kits are finally coming out! You should know that a cast iron kit is more solid on long journeys, so it allows additional reliability but it gives a little less power than an aluminum kit.
This model in diameter Ø47mm is a real 70.5cc! It is a very good high engine, very well finished which will bring much better performance to your machine without compromising on the solidity. It is of course equipped with a two-segment piston with lateral grease nipples for better torque and sweeping.
It has 5 intake transfers, the sides at the base are well worked and a large oval exhaust. The internal sides are nicely drawn. In addition it is sold with an aluminum cylinder head for better heat dispersion, high compression hemispherical chamber model.
In summary, this kit will give you very good performance especially at low speed while having excellent strength, all at unbeatable prices. Of course it is delivered complete as presented.
We recommend it with at least: 19mm carburation + 0.30mm valve blades (original pipe, original valves and original valve diffuser can be kept), racing exhaust, reinforced crankshaft and bearings, spark plug cold racing ...

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
