This high complete engine BARIKIT Racing cast iron is a very widespread pattern and rarely marketed. This model has 5 admission transfers including 4 side more rear, in addition, it has an exhaust boosters with an enlarged oval exit. This is the most special cast iron market. With its bore Ø47mm offers real 67,66cc normal race (like the original).
To maintain good strength, BARIKIT used high quality materials cast and posed a dual piston segment to slow high revs to maintain the torque and good strength, the internal architecture is correct and average finish, however, for such a price it still offers excellent benefits even though we are far from a kit MHR, POLINI ....
The piston is thus a two-segment aluminum with a high silicon content, thanks to that it will be a major asset in the couple, the strength of the engine and slowing high speeds by increased friction, the two segments are fine ( 1mm), they are chromium steels and allow through their subtleties combine torque and pushed regimes engines.
The cylinder head is a model aluminum high compression hemispherical combustion chamber, polished finish. The latter is specific, in fact its fixing is done by two additional screws on each side in addition to the fastening by the nuts 4 studs.
In the end, this kit is a model with very torquey diagrams, it is relatively powerful and very solid. Nothing prevents you to mount it with a crankshaft long race 43mm with a wedge base of 1.5 mm, which offer you a kit 75cc cast-powerful, strong and out of the common. The only negative, no cylinder head bolts is provided either manual or sticker.
We recommend installing this kit with at least: carburation 19 or 21 mm with flexible mounting, complete intake kit, exhaust racing, reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings, cold candle racing Iridium racing motor oil 100% synthetic ....

Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance. Improved bottom skirt is also included in the amendment. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
