Here is a pretty exceptional kit of the Italian house PARMAKIT. Indeed, with its diameter of 50mm and its crankshaft of 40mm! It takes an architecture based on the 110cc of the same brand.

This 80cc serras obviously based higher speed than the 110cc and especially much simpler to operate, moreover it does not require machining for its passage. This model unlike the 110cc does not require specific machining to pass the cylinder in the casings. It will however be necessary to align the casings which represents a lot of work.

With the 40mm stroke for this cylinder, less head catch for the crankshaft. The cylinder has been very worked, 5 intake transfers are present, only one for the rear (we all know that the transfer back serves almost only the activation valves and sweeping ...), the lateral ones are therefore at number 4 and they are very bulky, raised on the bottom front like most hyper racing cylinder of big brand.

Exhaust level, PARMAKIT opted for the exhaust has booster, it is the most suited to the couple of the beast, a large exhaust has very well designed booster is on this cylinder. The piston is a true vertex in mono fine segment (1mm) in order to release the high speed. It is a piston with low domed cap. For the cylinder head, it is necessary to extract the heat of this thermal group PARMAKIT has therefore opted for a cylinder head with stud.

The cylinder head stud machined in the mass of high-end aluminum, the chamber is a model very well suited to the piston / cylinder, its shape is hemispherical polished finish, we regret that the pad is not entering to keep the chamber aligned to the cylinder, the posing of pawns is always possible. The cover cylinder head is also very well studied and has an excellent maintenance! In short ... We could spend hours talking to you about this beautiful monster that brought us the big PARMAKIT, this kit was really treated until the cut of skirt in comma for the improvement of the filling ... The whole is really a set quality, neat, great study.

As an option we offer a preparation stage 1, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
