Here is the 80cc luxury AIRSAL high engine kit for DERBI euro 1 & 2 engine.

This Ø50mm diameter model has very good performance for a fair price.
Indeed, it is equipped with a two-segment piston to allow more torque and two thin segments for high speeds (reduction of friction), 5 largely improved transfers and a large bar exhaust which make this kit a concentrate of performance.
Its finish is excellent, it is obviously in high quality nikasil treated aluminum. Its diagrams are just as excellent in a good torque / high speed / power ratio. You can accompany it with a medium or large configuration, it will be perfect for everyday riding, racing, stunts ...

Its cylinder head is a high compression inlet chamber model with a polished finish. A small alignment would be welcome (cylinder / crankcases) but it is in no way compulsory for the proper functioning of this high engine.
We recommend this kit with at least: reinforced crankshaft and bearings, minimum 21mm carburetion, racing exhaust, cold racing spark plug, reinforced clutch ...

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
