Here is undoubtedly the most powerful 70cc liquid cooling kit on the market for MBK 51 liquid cooling in 70cc!

THE CYLINDRE ENVIRONMENT

So this is the whole MVT S RACE 70cc for MBK 51, following numerous requests, MVT had the desire to come out a beautiful piece in large diameter, so they took their knowledge bases of their brands AGP (ALAIN GODOU PRODUCTION) / > MVT on the 50cc competition, to release a real 70cc competition cylinder! This version is version 2, they had released a first small series of this cylinder, and they completely improved it for the second. The exhaust boosters have been well cleared and the studs are crossed (which does not pose problems, on our prepared engines, we often have studs passing through the exhaust ducts).

Unlike the other 70cc cylinders of the market, we are not on a nice set that comes out its power at 8,000 laps, you will see that we are clearly on something that asks to scream and take turns!

*It is useful to remember that different cylinders MVT won in competition, including the base that served as a little brother to this one? Indeed, MVT has a list in the race that gives the vertigo!

It is therefore on a 46mm diameter cylinder, which therefore 69.61cc on race origin 41.8mm and 74.51cc on long run 44,9mm RRD (Attention, long stroke installation requires big modifications and view the diagrams on the short stroke, we will not recommend basic mounting on an LC).

Escape fastening level, one has a single thread M32mm, and a possibility to mount a 2 screw flanged ball PEUGEOT 103.

The finish is a little below some large manufacturer, but at MVT, we're on the little show, a lot of hands! We must therefore do the right thing! So let's be kind. This cylinder has other arguments!!! Nicasil seems to us to be of superb quality, and honing too is a parameter that we find on the new cylinders MVT! 

THE PISTON

MVT decided to deliver its 12mm axis piston instead of the 13mm axis initially mounted on the MBK. So you'll need a slightly thicker 12mm axle cage, so a 12X16X16 cage, and seeing the power that the beast can get out, it's a very good idea from'MVT!

So we're on a 45,95mm diameter piston, MVT, to stay on contained prices, MVT does not offer wear ratings!!! When the whole has too much game, you change the set or you find a piston that can adapt to it!

Length level, the piston is 47 mm, which is ample enough to mount a 44.9mm long race by closing the exhaust at the PMB. The piston still makes 80 grams, it's not a rainy weight! For those who want to look for another piston, we're on a 22mm compression.

The segment is alone and it is in 1mm thick to properly release the high speeds, it is a pre-rod steel segment of very good quality! The ergot is central back. The game has the cut must be respected, we're on a bark cylinder, and air cooling! Don't play with that!!! I recommend between 0.22 and 0.25 of game to the cup.

DIAGRAMMES

MVT placed 190° at the exhaust and around 130° at the intake. With this huge barbed exhaust and its huge intake lights, as well as its large transfers to the base, we understand directly where we are! We do not certify that we are accurate in the diagrams, according to motor movement, displacement, squsih... But we must not be far from the truth!

It is very clearly above all 70cc moped cylinders in the market, it will need a large carburation, an exhaust that works and agrees to a powerful engine, so MVT SP2 or a G2 SC, an ignition that follows, a variation that operates the 10 500 rpm!

We can prepare the monster on even higher diagrams, but honestly, it's going to be very muscular like that!

THE CULASS

The ass is really beautiful, slightly incoming room to protect the very good perk and make by flame. Hemispheric room, polished finish, very beautiful squish area.

Competition requires: The candle thread is a long ass thread, you can put good racing candles with a beautiful heat transmission between the ass and this one!

CONCLUSION

Is that a good kit? Of course, it's an excellent kit. If you're looking for a quiet ride in papi mode, that you don't have a mechanics concept or the budget behind for a good pot, a good ignition, a big carburation, a high-quality embedding, forget... Go your way, it's not for you.

If you want a kit that rips off to burst on a very sporty track and ballad, that you have a little mechanical notion to properly mount and exploit all this: go!

It's a kit to pose with a big carburation, a super reinforced crankshaft of very good quality, otherwise you'll break. In our opinion, we have to pose with a crankcase that has a good metrology, so the crankcase POLINI or MVT. Ignition MVT DD, you will have to manage to exploit power regimes of 10,000 / 11,000 revolutions, so obviously, the only pot that holds the road is the MVT SP2 or MVT SC G2 on it! SP 98 and booster octane, 3% MOTUL 800 ROAD

*Remember that on a cooling cylinder by air bar, the game has the cup is super important, 0.22 see 0.25 we seem to be a minimum. For the squish, also important parameter, 0.8mm seems to us to be a good target!

 

Optionally we offer you an internship preparation 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the piston and skirt stock is also included in this modification. Count an extra time for this preparation!

Optional, STAGE 2 preparation! We pass on diagrams of 193° to the exhaust and 134° to the intake which makes it a really demonic cylinder! On specific request, an adaptation for long racing crankshafts RRD can be made for the same price!
