Here's the kit STAGE 6 RACING for MBK 51. Very standard 70cc cylinder with a basic architecture 4 intake transfers and oval escapement. The piston that the team is a mono-segment, which the preparers who want to increase the diagrams will appreciate to leave freedom to the diets. It is a very classic cylinder in architecture and diagrams in contrast to the version PEUGEOT 103 that STAGE 6 worked more. It is noted that the back skirt, for example, does not have milling for an improvement in scanning. That the exhaust is oval, that the inlet transfers are classic and 4, that the base has a standard footprint. We are therefore on a 70cc that offers a good quality of manufacture, a correct power and a nice couple! It can be accompanied by a fairly classic configuration (relaxation exhaust, 17.5mm carburation, original ignition, cap giving a rate of approximately 12.5 : 1 ...).
As an option, we offer a STAGE 1 preparation, this preparation includes a selection of the best part of our stock, a clear improvement in the shape and the exhaust diagram as well as a special touch of the skirt and piston according to our best tests. This prepa requires an additional 2 to 10 days depending on our availability! It requires tools and about 1h30 work on this cylinder. The price is therefore accordingly.
Option 2, stage two preparation, diagrams go over 125° / 126° and exhaust passes to 185°. Attention, this preparation must be accompanied by a large engine configuration, on request, this preparation can be adapted to the installation of a crankshaft long stroke RRD 44.8mm. But be careful, on long stroke, the very short piston may not stop the exhaust at the PMB, one can advise a mounting with a hold of only 0.5mm, a reworking of the lights up to 90% and a machining of the head in order to remedy this problem!
