You dreamed it, PARMAKIT did it! The Italian firm specializing in very large diameter high motors has struck again! Here is the biggest kit ever made for MOTOBECANE AV10 / MBK 51 engine!
This kit is complete and delivered with its high compression cylinder head! With its enormous diameter of 50mm, it offers no less than 82.07cc with the original 41.8mm stroke crankshaft ( 90cc with a long 44.9mm RRD stroke ), you will obviously have to machine your crankcases to pass it.
The aluminum cylinder has an oval exhaust and 6 intake transfers, the treatment is a nicasil. A habit at PARMAKIT, the diagrams are not huge, but do not believe that it is a mower cylinder either ... They remain higher than the other large diameter cylinders on the market for MBK 51 (POLINI and MALOSSI do not have high charts either). We will aim for a speed of around 10,000 revolutions without engine preparation and around 11,500 with preparation.
It will be the maximum to seek with this type of diameter on a 41.8mm original stroke crankshaft. The piston is a single-segment VERTEX model with side grease nipples. The couple released is totally mind-boggling and that's what we're playing on above all.
To make the beast speak, an electronic ignition, a well released exhaust, a 24mm carburetion (21mm minimum) and a suitable variation are strongly recommended. High quality reinforced crankshaft is mandatory !!!
You will appreciate that it comes with 3 base gaskets to make your squish and an explanatory leaflet. The alloy of very good quality and the very massive cylinder head allow a good cooling!
As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
