Out of production (still marketed by ATHENA , but ATHENA delivers an AIRSAL instead of their own cylinder of the time), this product is here for information purposes.

ATHENA was one of the rare brands to still release the kit for MBK/MOTOBECANE 51 AV10. Almost all the other brands have stopped the 70/75cc for mbk 51. Here it is a very worked high-end kit, it really looks like the MALOSSI and comes out of the famous Eurocilindro mold known and recognized since the 1980s already. Its diameter of 47mm simply offers it with an original stroke of 41.80mm a displacement of 72.52cc real. The skirt is certainly thin but relatively solid thanks to its high-end processing and alloy.

Equipped with 5 transfers including a blind one, a normal and high-end aluminum exhaust. The piston is treated, very low cap angle, in single segment reinforced and worked in order to offer reduced weight, good sweeping... An excellent kit which in the prepared version is capable of reaching a speed of 15,000 rpm. min without problems, a gigantic torque and an acceleration to take your breath away. We are really amazed by the quality of the aluminum, the treatment of the seals, piston etc.... Its skirt is zero on the side and its transfers are very well designed. We will blame rear ducts that are not clear enough.

Its cylinder treatments, luxury alloy piston, normal exhaust will make it a very solid kit and its 47 mm diameter and its base will make it an excellent preparation stocking.

Why a blind rear transfer? This transfer is fed by the piston orifice which is opposite, the gas from the lower engine passes through this hole to go directly to feed the rear blind, a cluster will therefore sweep! It allows to correct and improve the scan.

Be careful, some confuse it with malossi, they have several differences:

1-the malossi has additional fins on both sides of the exhaust in order to add exhaust springs

2- the malossi has a diameter of 45.5mm while this one 47mm

3- the malossi piston has side greasers and is prepared differently

4-the malossi also has its MALOSSI 3D logo just like the ATHENA its eurocilindro logo in 3D

5-malossi has a totally different joint pack

As an option, we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
