The passionate have dreamed, POLINI did it, the famous kit POLINI SERIE 6000 rebuilt for your old engines MINARELLI. This kit is really complete, it has a 29.5mm inner diameter outer tube and 32.20mm outer tube.
From an intake pipe with its flexible sleeve internal diameter 19mm, external diameter for 24mm rigid carburetor, and 35mm diameter of the flexible sleeve internally for the soft carburettors, if you put a soft carburettor with this sleeve, you will cut the intake pipe at the entrance, its diameter will then be around 25mm.
It is ideal for the installation of a POLINI 25mm, DELLORTO PHBH, PHBL, VHST ... The cylinder is made of high quality aluminum with nikasil coating, it has 2 rear transfers which are also used for filling the low engine that will come subsequently fed the lateral ones.
So in the end a real 4 transfers because the 2 back does not come into action for the PISTON scan unlike AM6, DERBI ... The exhaust is a big oval. The casing inlet skirt diameter is Ø54mm, so a 54.2mm bored housing is required. Between pins of 48X48mm studs.
This kit comes with a set of reinforced studs for a good clean assembly and can tighten your thermal group to 2.04mk / g. The piston is a model with high silicon content, with L-shaped segment. The cylinder head delivered has a highly worked, hemispherical combustion chamber, with a micro-blasted finish. It has a reinforcement bar in the mold to prevent warping.
In view of the quality of the aluminum, do not be afraid to cool, this cylinder will not exceed the temperature required for performance! It will offer you a lot of torque and power by starting again with your good old minarelli P4 or P6. It is really a beautiful set that came out POLINI, in limited series!
