Here is the piston cylinder without cylinder head 50cc DOPPLER S1F, it is a small cylinder reputed reliable thanks to its architecture and its design which makes it solid and perfect to circulate every day in all tranquility with more performances!
A kit in diameter 40 mm which is equipped with a fully exhausted booster escapement light in comparison with the origin, good diagrams, 5 transfers of admission, ... Clearly, a very good little kit that preserves a very great solidity you will understand, it comes without cylinder head, with its bi-segment piston for maximum torque and recovery at low speeds, segments, ... as presented!
However, we regret a finish a little neglected with the cast iron and in the channels (transfers), in our eyes it is the only negative point of this kit DOPPLER S1F to boost.
We recommend you to accompany this high engine with at least : a running time of 300 km and use a 100% synthetic quality oil and unleaded 98, breech origin or Doppler S1F in connection with accessory, exhaust sport, sports variator, keep the original ignition, NGK B9HS cold spark plug, carburation adjustment necessary with larger nozzle to avoid engine breakage ... recommended cylinder head tightening torque 1 m.kg max.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
