The GR2 kit (group 2) from MALOSSI for MBK 51 av10 engine. This fluid model is one of the most powerful kits 50cc market and it is of course reserved only competition! The cylinder is the top end aluminum nykasil treated, it has a very wide exhaust with bar which is well drawn BTW, 6 admission transfers, excellent architecture, you will of course prepare your engine casings and align has this kit. The piston is a model forged like all true model of competition, it is in mono fine segment to promote high rpm maximum.
The cylinder head has a hemispherical room high compression studied the kit, always remember to make your squish, MALOSSI book a variety of base gaskets in order to do it properly.
We have greatly appreciated that the entire architecture of lateral transfers be reviewed for even more performance ducts are well studied / designed / finishes. A true competition 50cc kit able to pass a lot of 70cc ... A weapon of high speeds. This kit even contains the needle cage.
Attention, this kit is intended for large spherical exhaust.
We advise to accompany this kit with at least: 19mm carburetor, crankshaft bearings and reinforced, in big ball racing exhaust 38mm exhaust otherwise adapted (the GIANELLI Sport works very well with this kit), lighting support towers, cold candle racing .
