Here the liquid kit 50cc ATHENA, it is very often used for little competition because it is cheap and yet very good in addition to being powerful. The cylinder is in d.39mm it is very worked base to improve performance, scanning ... However, it will align your engine casings to large transfers of this cylinder.
The skirt is also very refined for less friction. Lateral transfers are de-separated in the shirt (already seen on some bidalots AIRSAL, barikit ...). In the channel, the side are in number 2, this cylinder is a true 6-dice separate transfers. The finish is very very clean! The cylinder head is machined (not cast) for a better flatness and keeping head gaskets.
The nykasil is very high quality as ltous on the cylinder of the house ATHENA, the piston vertex in fate and is mono-segment to allow good high revs. The exhaust is a big oval model. The diagrams are very good for the road! Based torque / power which offers a powerful engine but not the hollow bottom. Clearly this cylinder is really solid, well finished and powerful, it tightened ideal for the road (in countries that permits) and for small competition.
We recommend to accompany this cylinder with at least: cylinder head high compression ATHENA / EUROCILINDRO 50cc, alignment of the casings in the cylinder, carburetor 15mm PHBG with slats and flaps 0.25 / 0.30mm carbon, dimming modification or drive racing for good use the power range that is higher than the original, racing exhaust port (the bidalot RR works very well with this cylinder), crankshaft and bearings reinforced, cold candle racing.
