Here is the brand new 50cc cylinder from AIRSAL . For the first time AIRSAL launches into cast iron kits. You should know that a cast iron kit is stronger on long journeys, so it allows additional reliability but it gives a little less power than an aluminum kit.
This model in diameter Ø40mm will have good performance in comparison to the origin. It will certainly be more efficient because it has a very correct finish, a work in the channels reviewed and corrected but is above all, a good element to start again on a good basis.
It is of course equipped with a bi-segment piston for better torque and sweeping thanks to its 2 side grease nipples and openings on the rear apron, with two fine chrome segments 1mm thick favoring torque but without neglecting high revs for maximum strength, G-clips.
Attention sold without cylinder head but mounts with original cylinder head. Clearly it is a very good cylinder, better than the origin which will give you reliability and torque without spending too much.
As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
