Here is the brand new 50cc DOPPLER kit named Vortex for mécaboite minarelli am6. First of all let's start on the design, as we can see it is unlike any other high engine. The mold is totally different which is not unpleasant to see, on the contrary it will allow you to distinguish yourself from the others. The cooling is obviously improved thanks to the new architecture!
This kit is very high quality aluminum, a high-end nykasil treatment covers the cylinder to offer you maximum strength. Then the exhaust is a bar model like most competition models, the intake transfers are 5 in number and they are redesigned for more performance / better filling.
The cylinder head is a polished hemispherical model with a studied look which will guarantee an improved combustion. This cylinder head allows you, if desired, to reconnect the antifreeze to your carburetor. This cylinder head offers an excellent compression ratio.
The piston is a Vertex model, very high quality with high silicon content, accompanied by two chrome segments 1mm thick to push to the maximum in high speeds (friction reduction) while maintaining good torque. Doppler recommends running a 300 km break-in and using DOPPLER racing 2t oil with super unleaded 98.
In summary, this kit will make you gain in performance without neglecting solidity. It will therefore be excellent for the road and for competition. We really appreciated the very worked channels on this vortex model ....
We advise to accompany this kit with at least: reinforced crankshaft, bearings, unclamping coil, racing exhaust, racing valves and carburetion 17.5mm minimum 21mm for proper use, spark plug B9 or B10, alignment of cylinder / crankcase transfers recommended!
