Here is an excellent small 50cc kit from the house AIRSAL, the model that we call luxury is the TECH PISTON model which has a high-end two-segment piston, this kit also exists in a normal two-segment luxury model with us! This kit certainly has a low price but yet a quality and performance very present.
The cylinder is therefore a Ø40.3mm nykasil treated aluminum, it has 5 transfers, the sides at the base are well worked, the internal sides are well designed and the exhaust is a large bar model. The diagrams which are quite low will agree perfectly with a small configuration type rebound exhaust with 17.5mm carburetor. The finish is not at the top but it remains very correct in relation to the price which is ridiculous ...
The piston is therefore a luxury two-segment fine model including a chrome for the top, also of good quality its thin segments will allow it to push in high speeds (reduced friction) while preserving a minimum of torque, a good compromise performance!
The cylinder head is a high compression with incoming stud in order to have a good alignment and a good holding of the cylinder head gaskets. The chamber is a hemispherical model with a polished finish. This cylinder head allows you, if desired, to reconnect the antifreeze to your carburetor.
This cylinder comes with 2 base gaskets in order to place the desired squish. Clearly this cylinder is really a superb value for money! It will certainly be less efficient than a BIDALOT or ATHENA… But it will already remain very good.
We recommend it with at least: 17.5mm carburetion, air box preparation, racing exhaust, reinforced crankshaft and bearings, cold racing spark plug ...

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
