Here is an excellent high-performance 50cc aluminum kit for Minarelli AM6 engine mecaboite, this is the model AIRSAL XTREM Racing with a single segment piston with a bore diameter Ø40.30 mm. This aluminum model offers a 50cc power regulation cylinder capacity to be in order and circulate every day, solid thanks to the aluminium alloys used. With its inbound high-compression cap to optimize alignment with the cylinder and increase engine compression.
Its aluminium cylinder therefore has 5 intake transfers of which 1 has the rear and 4 side. Its intake is reworked, we also recommend to mount a PHBG 19mm carburettor on the cylinder see 21mm if you rework slightly the intake, the exhaust output is also significantly improved thanks to a booster output. Diameter of exhaust outlet Ø28 mm, hold for passage to diameter Ø25 mm not provided.
A very well studied architecture for this small aluminium thus offering performance, high speeds improved compared to the original model, especially coupled with the good compression ratio offered by the truncated combustion chamber, polished finish of the head.
