Here is the latest high engine of the French house BIDALOT, the RF50WR, in adaptable version, for 50cc motorcycle with gearbox with MINARELLI AM6 engine.
Adaptable means that this high engine can be substituted directly for the original model. Unlike the Racing version, it does not require a special crankshaft, and is designed to be fitted with a racing crankshaft and connecting rod length identical to the original.
On the other hand, its distribution heights (diagrams), and the compression ratio, have been reduced, compared to the Racing version. Thus, it will be less sensitive to the various settings, and especially to the peripherals used. More clearly, it will support a little older gasoline, valves not necessarily ultra adapted to precision, a more standard exhaust, an ignition not necessarily variable... The engine will have more torque, and will be less loud than an engine of competition! Which is much more pleasant to ride every day.
For ALLDAYS use, we highly recommend this adaptable model! Entirely modeled in 3D CAD, the cylinder sees its water chamber go around all the transfer and exhaust cores, with constant thicknesses, able to guarantee great dimensional stability of the cylinder, due to optimized cooling.
The cylinder head, heat-treated, is also equipped with a water chamber, surrounding the combustion chamber, for good heat dissipation and perfect cooling. It is self centered in the cylinder, and fits 1.1mm into the bore on this version.
The fixing of the specific exhaust flange is ensured by 4 screws.
You will find in accessories, exhaust flanges of different sizes, allowing the adaptation of almost all the pots of the market. These flanges are available in the following dimensions:

Do not forget to order the flange with the diameter adapted to your muffler at the same time as the cylinder!
