Here is an excellent 50cc high-performance aluminum kit for mécaboite Minarelli AM6, it is the BARIKIT Racing model with a mono segment piston with a bore diameter Ø40.30 mm. This aluminum model therefore offers a 50cc engine capacity to be in order and circulate every day, solid thanks to the aluminum alloys used. With its high compression cylinder head with incoming stud to optimize alignment with the cylinder and increase engine compression.
Its aluminum cylinder therefore has 5 intake transfers including 1 at the rear and 4 lateral. Its admission is reworked, we also recommend mounting a 19mm PHBG carburetor on the cylinder or even 21mm if you rework the intake slightly, the exhaust outlet is also significantly improved thanks to a bar outlet. Diameter of the exhaust outlet Ø28 mm, shim for passage to a diameter Ø25 mm not supplied.
An architecture very well studied for this small aluminum offering performance, high revs improved compared to the original model, especially coupled with the good compression ratio offered by the frustoconical combustion chamber, polished finish of the cylinder head. A kit of screws and fittings is also provided, as presented in addition to the joint pack with two base gaskets of different thickness to refine your squish.
This kit does not neglect the couple but privileges the high engine outputs, its solidity is not altered with its resistant mono-segment piston which goes perfectly with this cylinder that goes without saying, a fine chrome-plated resistant segment favoring the rise in speed, thickness of the latter 1 mm.

We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least: 19 mm carburetor, flexible pipe admission, crankshaft and reinforced bearings for the best and set off again on a completely new engine without problems, new racing spark plug, 100% engine oil synthesis, detent escapement ....

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
