Here is a very good small 50cc cast iron kit for mécaboite Minarelli AM6, it is the BARIKIT model with a bore diameter Ø40.30 mm. This cast iron model therefore offers a regulatory displacement of 50cc of torque and power to be in order and to circulate every day, solid thanks to the cast iron alloys used. With high compression cylinder head mounted on an O-ring around it.
Its cast iron cylinder therefore has 7 intake transfers including 1 at the rear and 6 at the side. Its admission is reworked, we also recommend fitting a 17.5mm PHBG carburettor on the cylinder or even 19mm if you slightly rework the admission, the exhaust outlet is also significantly improved thanks to a more ovalized outlet. Exhaust outlet diameter Ø28 mm, shim for passage to a Ø25 mm diameter not supplied.
Diagrams well studied for this small cast iron thus offering light performances and a greatly improved recovery compared to the original model, especially coupled to the good compression ratio offered by the hemispherical combustion chamber, polished finish of the cylinder head. This kit does not neglect torque and solidity with its well-designed two-segment piston that perfectly matches this cylinder, two resistant chrome segments favoring torque but also revving due to their fineness of 1 mm.

We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least : 17.5 mm carburetion, intake pipe in flexible racing assembly, reinforced crankshaft and bearings for the best and start again on a completely new engine without problems, new racing spark plug, oil 100% synthetic engine, relaxation exhaust ....

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
