Ideal to start on new and solid, here is the small kit 50cc original type of home TEKNIX, this cylinder Ø40mm without cylinder head. Of good manufacture, its finish is good and its architecture too, all is a small price to the height!
This cylinder has 5 well-designed intake transfers, an oval exhaust as original and a cast iron alloy offering your scooter a lot of torque and strength in any engine speed.
It is accompanied by a bi-segment piston also well designed and solid with a graphite type treatment. Its 2 chromed steel segments will give you all the torque you need and will maintain the engine's durability. Supplied with G-clips and piston pin.
This high engine will not bring more performance than an origin, so do not hide it. It is primarily intended for refurbishment respecting the 50cc displacement at an attractive price not to break the bank. In other words, an excellent price / quality ratio for those who want to ride every day without worrying about the engine at every start.
We recommend to accompany this cylinder / piston with at least : a cylinder head of origin or others with a new planning, new spark plug, a good adjustment of your variator (rollers) and carburation, engine oil 100% synthesis racing, .. .
Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
