Here is the brand new 50cc kit from AIRSAL. After a great success in the AIRSAL aluminum kits and following a strong demand, these cast iron kits are finally coming out! You should know that a cast iron kit is more solid on long journeys, so it allows additional reliability but it gives a little less power than an aluminum kit.
This model in diameter Ø40mm is a real 49.9cc! It is a very good high engine, well finished which will bring a little more performance to your machine compared to the origin, without denying the solidity. It is of course equipped with a two-segment piston with side grease nipples for more torque.
It has 5 intake transfers, the sides of the base are well worked and has an oval exhaust. In addition, it is sold with an aluminum cylinder head for better heat dispersion, high compression model smooth hemispherical chamber.
In short, this kit will give you good performance while having excellent strength, all at an unbeatable price. Of course it is delivered complete as presented. Small note: the stains on the photos are due to the cast material and the storage of the parts in their packaging.
We recommend it with at least: 17.5mm carburetion, racing exhaust, cold racing spark plug….

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
