Here is the original 50cc type kit in aluminum from the TEKNIX house, this cylinder with its stud cylinder head (decomposable into 2 parts) will be installed with your DERBI euro 3 and 4 engine. This high engine is in chrome treated aluminum and very good quality. It comes complete with its cylinder head and gaskets, it has a two-segment piston.
It does not offer much more performance than a true DERBI origin because it only has for improvement a cylinder head with high compression stud. This model has an incoming chamber, this allows the chamber not to become offset from the cylinder during assembly. The chamber is tapered with a polished finish and this cylinder is really excellent value for money.
Remember that aluminum offers better heat dissipation, but also better expansion, less friction… than a cast iron cylinder. An excellent compromise to start afresh.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
