Ideal for making your 50cc DERBI euro 1 & 2 engine more efficient. Here is the 50cc TNT kit in Ø40mm diameter. Of good manufacture, it will be appropriate to develop a high quality engine while remaining in a displacement conforms to origin.
The aluminum cylinder has a good architecture, 6 surprisingly well finished intake transfers and an enlarged oval exhaust! An impressive design that will easily offer torque at low speed as well as a more frank rise in comparison to the origin.
This achievement makes this cylinder solid and reliable, provided that it respects its running in as well as the heating time given its aluminum material. It is accompanied by a cylinder head which is also made of aluminum which will considerably improve your cooling coupled to the aluminum cylinder. With a high hemispherical compression chamber, its finish is excellent.
Its piston is a two-segment aluminum model with non-chromed segments, this will promote, as explained above, a lot of torque due to the increase in friction. In addition, 2 side lubricators are present, allowing increased lubrication and increased engine solidity.
Clearly, here we have a powerful, torquey and solid cylinder at low prices! You will respect the 50cc displacement while gaining a few perfs', of course we must not hallucinate it has nothing to do with the MALOSSI kit, POLINI ... but the photos speak for itself.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
