Here is a very good little 50cc cast iron kit for mécaboite driving DERBI euro 1 and euro 2, it is the BARIKIT Sport model with a bore diameter Ø39.90 mm. This cast iron model therefore offers a standard displacement of 50cc of torque and power to be in order and circulate every day, solid thanks to the cast iron alloys used. Sport model with high compression cylinder head mounted on O-ring around it.
Its cast iron cylinder therefore has 5 intake transfers including 3 at the rear and 2 lateral. Its admission is reworked, we also recommend mounting a 17.5mm PHBG carburetor on the cylinder or even 19mm if you rework the intake slightly, the exhaust outlet is also significantly improved thanks to its 2 boosters and its oval shape.
Well-studied diagrams for this small cast iron thus offering light performance and a greatly improved recovery compared to the original model, especially coupled with the good compression ratio offered by the hemispherical combustion chamber, polished finish of the cylinder head. This kit does not neglect the torque and solidity with its well-designed bi-segment piston with an identical skirt enlarged at the bases, two resistant chrome segments favoring the torque but also the revving due to the fineness of the latter (1 mm) .
The advantage of this set is its relatively low price, you will have a powerful, torquey and very solid engine! A very good base of preparation also for the more expert wishing to have fun every day or circulate on circuit. The cooling system is also improved thanks to the cylinder head well studied at this level.
We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least : carburetion of 17.5 mm, pipe admission in flexible racing mounting, crankshaft and reinforced bearings for the best and to start again on a completely new engine and without problems, new spark plug racing, oil 100% synthetic engine, detent exhaust ....

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
