It mounts on injection engines like a carburetor! A 28 to 30mm carburetor can also accompany the beast but the origin is also suitable (we recommend to increase the main jet all the same to properly adjust the air / fuel ratio, during your adjustments, you can use the AFR POLINI to point the right AFR of 13 so have good performance without worrying about running too lean).

You should know that the YAMAHA engine equips a lot of motorcycles, but the RIEJUs work harder than the YAMAHAs! YAMAHAs are often equipped with a Ø20mm MIKUNI carburetor while RIEJUs have 26mm (VM26SS from MIKUNI). This is why with such a kit, a good carburettor of Ø28 to 30mm in DELLORTO PHF or PHBH can be exploited! The injection engines, they will correct the richness on their own thanks to the carthography and the lambda sensors.

Its diameter of 57.4mm takes you from 125cc to 150cc real torque and power. The original cylinder head and crankshaft can be preserved without problems! This kit is delivered complete with piston, seals, segments, axis, clips ... Very correct or even high quality, this kit remains an element made in Asian countries and is placed below the AIRSAL kits which is made in Spain, although the finish of the RRD kit is really beautiful, so are the materials! The cylinder is made of aluminum for good cooling with an internal cast iron jacket (unlike airsal which has a nicasil treatment). This makes it an extremely solid cylinder! The finish is excellent! The cylinder is covered with a specific metallic gray protective paint for temperature conduction. The high compression piston has a graphite treatment! We even deliver it with valve stem seals unlike its competitor the AIRSAL. Mounts on YBR, XT R and XT X from YAMAHA, 4T 125cc air cooled engine mounted on many other 125cc motorcycles. The compression ratio is also greatly increased for more torque and power, use only SP98, more SP95.

The cylinder indicates the displacement of 125cc on its side, its actual displacement is 150cc.

 

Original power on an XT-R or XT-X 125cc :

12.5hp at 8000rpm up to 11,500 rpm
12nm at 5500rpm
Stroke 54mm / piston diameter 54mm: 125cc
Carburetor origin Ø20mm

(the versions like the RIEJU RS2, MARATHON ... come out of origin 13 to 15hp because they have a more compressed engine and a larger carburetor, generally Ø24 to 26mm like VM26SS from MIKUNI)

Carburetor Ø25 to 30mm recommended, if you reschedule / have the cylinder head rectified, have 0.30mm removed for more compression! You can touch up and improve (remove defects or what prevents the passage) slightly the intake and exhaust duct, by polishing for the latter! Exhaust line without catalyst and sport filter which breathes well recommended!

As you can see, horsepower and torque are available earlier!
