Here is the new reprogramming boot for scooters with Piaggio 50 4T Euro 5, version 2024 with hard valve springs, win in performance by releasing the ignition, reprogramming the ignition and injection curve. This is a Polini electronic box that manages the engine mapping. It includes sensors associated, actuators, fuel injection, ignition and auxiliary components engine. ECM POLINI allows to increase the performance of the vehicle by using a advanced microprocessor, in synergy with hardware designed for this engine. This is a plug & play case. It is very easy and fast to mount: it only takes unplug the original case and connect the Polini. ECM POLINI is granted to all original scooters as on prepared scooters. We advise to combine it with at least the variator Polini Hi-Speed or MALOSSI.
In case you want to pass on a larger configuration on the scooter, for example a large diameter kit, you can choose other MAPs!

This is the simplest installation step, as it is enough to unplug the original case and connect the ECM Polini, since it is plug & play and very easy and fast to mount. The only replacement allows an increase in the speed limiter and the engine passage from 7.500 to 8100 laps.
With this mapping it is advisable to pair the variator Polini (241.737) and the pot Polini (190.0079), but it is possible to keep the original engine Piaggio; moreover, the kilometric counter goes from 45 km/h to 50/53 km/h.

With this mapping we go to the heart of customization and we are increasing the performance of the vehicle. It is important to rely on an industry professional because we work on the engine. First of all, it is necessary to know that it is necessary to change the valve springs of the original engine by those Polini (already included in the box of the case), which allow to carry the engine’s limiter to 10,000 spins without problems to the valves. Even with this mapping it is advisable to pair the variator Polini (241.737), the pot Polini (190.0079) and the air filter sleeve Polini (223.0131). The whole works even with the original engine. By this stage we pass from 45 km/h to 56/60 km/h.
NB – to replace springs the engine must be removed: with an additional step in terms of costs, it is possible to pass directly to map 3, with a more efficient final result.
Mappage 3 – specific for Vespa and Liberty 50
This is the stage to reach the maximum performance.
The base of this step is the 49mm diameter cylinder kit that carries the motor to about 80cc (140.0223) with the required length ratios Polini (202.1424) for an optimal result.
Even with this mapping it is advisable to pair the variator Polini (241.737), the pot Polini (190.0079) and the air filter sleeve Polini (223.0131).
Mappage 4 – Specific for Zip
As Map 3, it allows to reach a maximum speed of 70/75 km/h. If already with mapping 2 we have done an important work by putting the engine in for mounting springs, with a small additional step we can have the maximum performance.
The base of this step is always the 49 mm diameter cylinder kit that carries the motor to about 80 cc (140.0223) with the required length ratios Polini (202.1429) for an optimal result.
Even with this mapping it is advisable to pair the variator Polini (241.737) and the pot Polini (190.0079).
