The Italian brand POLINI once again proves with this high engine, the quality of its parts and the performances they develop. This 70cc cast iron Ø47mm kit is no exception to the rule. It is the perfect balance between performance and strength. Its cast iron cylinder will provide all the necessary solidity with improved and improved heat exchange surfaces, named Sport model just behind the 70cc CORSA or DR Racing cast iron model.
It has 5 intake transfers, 4 side and 1 rear with a standard oval exhaust designed for maximum engine performance. The architecture and work on this cylinder is accurate and very well finished overall.
A two-piston piston manufactured at ASSO (high-end) accompanies this high engine, specially designed to give torque at low speeds and maintain a reliable and resistant engine even at high speeds. This piston is made of special aluminum alloy lightened and reinforced. The latter is equipped with two standard segments with pin and reinforced piston clips type crab.
In addition, provides with its cylinder head, with a high-compression combustion chamber with a specific angle, hemispherical shape with a polished finish. For more compression and reliability, it is mounted with a viton O-ring.
In summary, this high engine is a concentrate of Made In Italy performance thanks to the experience in the preparation of engines for competition at POLINI. Everything has been worked and improved, whether in the transfer ducts, the exhaust or the combustion chamber of the cylinder head. Excellent value for money / performance, delivered 100% complete as presented.
We recommend to accompany this high engine with at least : a 21mm carburetor in flexible mounting, racing horn or preparation of the original air box, racing exhaust, unbridled ignition or competition, crankshaft and reinforced bearings, racing candle, engine oil racing 100% synthesis ....

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
