Ideal to start again on new and solid, here is the small 50cc original type kit from the TEKNIX house, this Ø40mm cylinder without cylinder head. Good manufacture, its finish is good and its architecture also, the whole is a small price to match!
This cylinder has 5 well-designed intake transfers, an oval exhaust as the original and a cast iron alloy giving your scooter a lot of torque and solidity in any engine speed.
It is accompanied by a two-segment piston, also well designed. Its 2 chromed steel segments will give you all the torque you need and keep the engine more solid. Supplied with its G clips and piston pin.
This high engine will not provide more performance than an original, so do not hide it. It is especially intended for a refurbishment respecting the 50cc displacement at an attractive price so as not to break the bank. In other words, an excellent quality / price ratio for those who want to drive every day without worrying about their engine at each start.
We recommend that you accompany this cylinder / piston with at least: an original cylinder head or others with a new planning, new spark plug, a good adjustment of your variator (rollers) and carburetion, engine oil 100% racing synthesis, .. .
As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
