1. Fixed Pulley
This fixed pulley is 15 ° by 102mm in diameter, is gas nitrided hardened to induce excellent durability, has a positive double “d” mount on the hub and is secured with a galvanized M24 nut.
2. Torque Driver
It consists of a 102mm diameter 15 ° pulley, TIG welded to a specially designed hub with stamped EKU bushing. EKU is a dry self-lubricating material which guarantees excellent sliding behavior and minimal wear.
Can also be adapted to the original Piaggio system.
3. Variator contrast spring
These heat treated, high carbon silicon alloy steel springs are dynamically balanced, oven painted, engineered and calculated for each specific application.
4. Fly Clutch
Fly Clutch consists of three new clutch masses which use the Fly Malossi system. Designed with a specific mass, it is coupled to Malossi springs, to operate at a predefined optimum RPM attachment point. Once assembled to the hub group, the masses are fixed in place with a reinforced ring which ensures the rigidity of the whole group.
5. Fixed hub assembled
It is the main structural component of the clutch.
Its multifunctional elements are: a mass carrier for the clutch masses, a chrome hub in which the movable pulley operates and a clutch bell which allows the kickstarter to engage and lock.
The assembly is TIG welded to the tightest tolerances to ensure perfect alignment. The mass articulation pins have been increased to a diameter of 6.5mm and specially designed to be riveted and to maintain alignment.
A primary gear shaft rotates inside the group, supported by two 13x19x12 roller bearings, providing greater rigidity.
Two lip seals ensure a sealed environment for our Malossi lubrication.
