A complete set of rare and powerful parts for the old motorcycles SACHS RS short stroke 503 and 504. This high-quality aluminum cylinder comes straight out of the Made in Italy molds! It is equipped with 3 large intake transfers with a lubrication system internal to the cylinder and in concordance with its piston.
The architecture and finish are of course excellent and top of the range. An enormous exhaust and high diagrams make this engine group a powerful asset for your 2 wheels! The piston which accompanies this cylinder is a bi-segment model of VERTEX therefore of high quality. With its L-shaped segments it will offer you the couple.
It is in addition delivered with its breech supercompresser which will allow you to make the best use of your engine while starting a new one. In short, an excellent quality / price / performance ratio to give life to your SACHS.
We recommend accompanying this kit with at least a carburation of 17mm, cold candle racing, engine oil 100% synthetic racing, bearings and crankshaft reinforced, exhaust racing ....

As an option we offer a preparation stage 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increase of the diagrams and improvement of the conduit, it increases the performances of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
