Here is a very large exhaust! The new 2019 version is one of the best for very large configurations. This exhaust is created for the BIDALOT RF WR cylinder kits in 90 or 96cc, so the mounting flange delivered is for cylinders with 4 screw mounting. The focus, compared to the 2017 version exhaust that it replaces, has been to significantly improve power at high revs.
This exhaust is delivered complete, with all the necessary mounting for each machine, with a very neat mounting on silentbloc, the mounting brackets are all adjustable. Aesthetic level and noise is huge and indescribable, you have to test it to understand the BIDALOT racing magic. The pot being very thin (8/10), the resonance is at the top, the high revs too, you really have to put this exhaust on over-boosted and well-tuned engines.
Technically, this escapement is made as follows:
- AP04 steel sheet 8/10th mm thick, laser cut
- Unit rolling of each cone manually
- Unitary welding of the seam of each cone by TIG welding
- Installation of each cone and pointing by TIG welding
- Welding of the pot by oxy-acethylene
- Each solder is struck, so as not to have a bead of solder inside the pot
Finally, this exhaust has fairly substantial and unusual dimensions, which really makes it an XXL model, suitable for larger displacements. As always, BIDALOT has worked on a wide range of revs, which ensures high torque from low revs, while maintaining outstanding performance ''at the top''.
These various artifices allow this pot to have an excellent power of acceleration, without however compromising the extension and the high revs! To conclude, the perfection of the exhaust for over-boosted minarelli am6 mécaboite engine has a name: BIDALOT RACING FACTORY.
This exhaust is already raging on meetings, competitions, runs, it is at the top at all levels, it will just be necessary to install it with the appropriate configuration and the necessary knowledge in terms of mechanics, engine settings... With a very large configuration this exhaust will be able to develop an enormous torque, an inexplicable recovery and breathtaking high speeds.
The finishes are of course also at the top with a matte varnish, very clean welds, each part is treated as it should be, the silencer is in titanium gray aluminum.
