The Malossi Supermoto MHR 100 exhausts have been designed and manufactured with one goal: to achieve the best possible performance with the 100 cm3 cylinder for which they were designed.
All MHR SUPERMOTO 100 exhaust jars are made from steel sheet with a precise and constant thickness of 0.8 mm, laser cut, assembled with meticulous precision by robotic welding TIG and MIG, as well as by manual oxyacetylene welding, then hand hammered for optimal finish. They are also equipped with a calibrated nozzle, designed according to strict tolerances, to ensure pressure inside the pot within the correct limits. Each pot is painted and equipped with a black anodized aluminum silencer, decorated with the Malossi logo.
Supermoto MHR 100 exhaust: born to win
The cylinder attachment system includes a lightweight alloy three-hole connection designed to allow a perfect flow of the exhaust gas and thus optimize its dynamics. The black anodized aluminum silencer connection system has also been simplified; it is now elegantly and lightly attached to the expansion of the exhaust with a single mounting screw.
