This exhaust is delivered complete with all mounting kit for each machine, with a very careful mounting on silentbloc, the fixing lugs are all adjustable. Technically, this escapement is carried out in the following way:
- Sheet steel AP04 thickness 8 / 10th mm, laser cut
- Manual rolling of each cone manually
- Seam welding of the seam of each cone by TIG welding
- Installation of each cone and pointing by TIG welding
- Welding of the pot by oxy-acetylene
- Each weld is tapped, so as not to have a weld bead inside the pot

Small peculiarity, it is now shipped with a 5mm exhaust venturi shim. By adding it, you will shift the power curve down, favoring more mid-revs. On the contrary, if you do without it, you will benefit from all the extension that this escape provides.
The finishes are obviously also at the top with a matt varnish, very clean welds, each piece is neatly treated, the silencer is in black aluminum.
