SIMONINI RACING exhaust for APRILIA RS & TUONO 50cc from 1999 to 2006

A truly competition-based exhaust and nothing else, we will have appreciated its simple aluminum silencer covered with a pure kevlar or pure carbon depending on availability, which avoids the faithful problem of the simple carbon or kevlar silencer which breaks down after a or 2 years. Noise level is very competitive thanks to its short silencer and its thin sheet metal, the weight is really low, the shape and the welds are magnificent, the varnish of good quality. It is planned for the cylinder from 190° to 195° exhaust. It is very peak and high rpm based. We recommend it on a very sharp aluminum racing type 50cc to 80cc kit, less on the torque kit.

The muffler can be colored more or less yellow (kevlar, black (carbon) or gray (carbon kevlar)… depending on the fiber Simonini is using at the time. This makes exhausts almost unique! Especially since these are totally craftsmanship made in the small Italian firm.
