Here is a very big exhaust! The new 2019 version is one of the best for very large and very large engine configurations. This exhaust has been redesigned to improve the performance of the 2015 model, created for the pack BIDALOT FACTORY RACING 88 and 94cc, it will also know very hard on the maxi kits approaching the performance of BIDALOT 88 and 94cc packs, especially the long races with cylinder with big diagrams.
This exhaust comes complete, with all the necessary mounting for each machine, with a very neat mounting on silentbloc, the mounting brackets are all adjustable. Aesthetic level and noise is enormously indescribable, it must be tested to understand the magic BIDALOT racing. The pot being very thin (8/10), the resonance is at the top, the high revs too, it is really necessary to put this exhaust on engines over-boosted and well adjusted.
The odds of this pot are consistent and unusual, which makes it really an XXL model, suitable for larger engines.
The working axis, compared to the exhaust version 2017 it replaces, was to significantly improve the power at high speed.
Technically, this exhaust is realized in the following way:
- AP04 steel sheet, thickness 8 / 10th mm, laser cut
- Unit rolling of each cone manually
- Unitary welding of the seam of each cone by TIG welding
- Setting up each cone and pointing by TIG welding
- Welding of the pot by oxy-acethylene
- Each weld is struck, so as not to have a weld bead inside the pot
This exhaust comes complete, with all the necessary mounting for each machine, with mounting on silentbloc.

The exhaust is delivered with 2 connectors, diameter Ø32 / Ø38mm, for adaptation on any type of cylinder, and a Venturi with 2 holes of fixings, of center distance 48 / 50mm for mounting on cylinder BIDALOT, MXS, 2FAST, etc ...
Attention, in front of the large number of machines equipped with engine MINARELLI AM, and although a bracket of generic fixation with its silentbloc are provided, it can still be necessary to envisage the manufacture of a specific adaptation tab, for a mounting perfect on your machine.
Finally, this exhaust has fairly consistent and unusual odds, which makes it really an XXL model, suitable for larger engines. As always, BIDALOT has worked on a large speed range, which ensures a significant torque from low revs, while keeping perfos out of the ordinary '' top ''.
These different tricks allow this pot to have an excellent power of acceleration, without compromising the elongation and high speeds! To conclude, the perfection of the over-boosted minarelli am6 mécaboite engine exhaust has a name: BIDALOT RACING FACTORY.
This exhaust is already raging on meetings, competitions, runs, it is at the top at all levels, it will just ask it with the proper configuration and knowledge needed in mechanical spas, engine settings ... With a very large This exhaust configuration will develop a huge torque, an inexplicable recovery and high revs to take your breath away.
Small peculiarity, it is now delivered with a 5 mm exhaust venturi chock. The latter takes the form of the output of the exhaust duct Racing Factory 88 and 94cc3 cylinders, so allows to vary the exhaust agreement. By adding it, you will shift the power curve downwards, favoring mid-revs more. On the contrary, if you do without, you will benefit from all the extension that provides this exhaust.
The finishes are of course also top with a matte varnish, welds very clean, each piece is neat as it should, the muffler is black aluminum.
