Here is the 80cc Racing kit the most efficient in mono-segment from ITALKIT, aluminum cylinder, 6 transfers, diagrams revised upwards, very high-end with a compression ratio of 13.22: 1 . It is designed for a 45mm stroke crankshaft with a 90mm original size connecting rod . Very high end although not very well known. Cast at GILARDONI Italy, the best foundry in Europe. The piston is a single-segment model with 0.8mm thickness from VERTEX to have maximum high speed (less friction). This piston has an opening on the back for improved sweeping and side grease nipples! The segments delivered with the kit are very fine special steels to allow high speeds.
With this kit we recommend at least: Ø21mm carburetion, racing exhaust, cold spark plug (B9 / B10 depending on temperature), crankshaft stroke 45mm and reinforced bearings.
As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
