Here is the cylinder / piston diameter Ø47.6 mm 70cc in normal stroke 40 mm (as the origin) of the great brand ITALKIT for mécaboite driving DERBI euro 3 and euro 4. The brand as usual, proves us by these parts of quality, its desire to offer exceptional equipment for all pilots and enthusiasts.
The cylinder is in aluminum with a Ø47.6 mm bore, has a specific heat treatment with internal coating composed of niquel & silica. It offers an actual displacement of 71.14cc. A high-end compound guaranteeing increased strength and reliability. Equipped with 6 intake transfers and an ovalized exhaust port with improved and very well designed boosters, the set therefore has a very successful architecture and finish allowing maximum performance.
In addition, this cylinder is accompanied by a single segment piston with graphite treatment from VERTEX. In other words, very high quality material whose reputation / quality is well established. This piston is therefore equipped with a thin chrome segment 1mm thick thus promoting the increase in speed.
Thanks to the graphite treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer better thermal expansion, at the same time fitting perfectly with this cylinder to withstand frank recoveries, sudden changes of regimes and prolonged endurance on the track.
Of course delivered complete as presented, you will be very surprised by this kit which guarantees extreme reliability, performance (provided a perfect assembly), a perfect quality / price ratio.
We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least : a carburation of 21 or 24 in flexible assembly, an intake kit, ITALKIT high compression cylinder head, reinforced crankshaft and bearing, internal rotor ignition without lights, cold spark plug racing, racing engine oil, racing relaxation exhaust ....

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
