This cylinder, piston without cylinder head 85cc Ø50 mm is mounted on mécaboite Minarelli AM6, it is the spare part for the 85cc racing pack with 44.00mm long stroke crankshaft and the cylinder head with high compression stud with incoming combustion chamber. ITALKIT crankshaft with celeron bearings in 44.00 stroke and 85mm connecting rod. In combination with 44 stroke, the actual displacement is 86.35cc. With an original stroke crankshaft, a 2.5mm shim under the cylinder will be essential . Do not forget to ask its specific adapted cylinder head.

The 50mm bore cylinder is made of aluminum alloy and has a specific heat treatment and an internal niquel / silica coating, giving it all its solidity and reliability. Equipped with 6 intake transfers, 2 shaped boosters worked and finally the impressive exhaust outlet by its shape and size to such an extent that the outlet diameter has been revised upwards and measures no less than Ø32mm (an exhaust ring is provided for the passage of an exhaust in diameter Ø28mm).

The cooling has also been completely revised and corrected in order to offer the best possible heat exchange and at the same time to obtain a significant performance gain, in fact the less an engine runs out of steam and heats up and the more performance remains present. The Ø50 mm piston is not chosen at random, it is a high-end ITALKIT mono segment model with black graphite treatment identical to the VERTEX piston. In other words, very high quality equipment whose reputation / quality is well established. This piston is therefore equipped with a thin chrome segment 1mm thick thus promoting the revving. Thanks to the graphite treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to support the frank recoveries, brutal changes of modes and prolonged endurance on circuit.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
