Description

HOT RODS reinforced crankshaft for YAMAHA BLASTER 200cc 2T, long stroke + 4mm, the stroke goes from 57 to 61mm for a gain in displacement, torque and power!

 

-Example on full original engine: Bore of 66mm with stroke of 57mm: 195cc real (works with original carburation 26mm or 28 to 30mm)

-Example on original engine with long stroke + 4mm: 66mm bore with 61mm stroke: actual 210cc (recommended with 28 to 32mm carburetor)

-Example with AIRSAL big bore kit and original stroke: 71mm bore with 57mm stroke: actual 226cc (recommended with 30 to 32mm carburetor)

-Example with AIRSAL big bore kit and long stroke + 4mm: 71mm bore with 61mm stroke: real 241.5c (recommended with 34mm carburetor)

 

The piston therefore rises 2mm higher and descends 2mm lower, delivered without shims, you will have to machine the crankcases by 2mm and you will have to machine the crankcase to accommodate the new crankshaft.

 

We can do this work on the AIRSAL Ø71mm cylinder For example for 180 €. The crankshaft is delivered to you assembled with its needle cage, just provide a set of bearings and a set of complete engine gasket.
