Reinforced RRD crankshaft 85mm long connecting rod for PEUGEOT 103 type SP, MVL, LM... Developed in our workshops, tested on our engines for many months. Built for us in Europe with care in the best steels with the best tempers. Designed to eliminate the problem of a connecting rod that is too short on the PEUGEOT engine (although the latter has a forward cylinder offset to reduce forcing). Allows to reduce the forcing on the connecting rod / the piston cylinder, to release the turns thanks to its elongated connecting rod from 76 to 85mm! Must be installed with a 9mm spacer and elongated dowels. Ideal on a sharp 50cc or even a sharp 70cc. Dynamically balanced on average pistons on the market between 40mm and 46mm (perfect balancing does not exist), it will also work very well on a PARMAKIT large diameter 50mm 77cc. You will not see external balancing plugs on our PEUGEOT 103 crankshafts for reasons of solidity following various tests and results, you can notice the balancing work by looking between the masses.
This crankshaft does not modify the engine displacement or the compression ratio.
