INTRODUCTORY PRICE VALID FOR A FEW DAYS FOR THE FIRST 25 ORDERS!!!

The brand new crankshaft with its mass diameter Ø73.5mm for more solidity, inertia and a torque defying all competition!!!

!WARNING! This crankshaft is to be installed ONLY with the MALOSSI casings that you will have machined beforehand to pass the large masses crankshaft, these are casings which have enough material for this crankshaft!

This RRD COMPETITION crankshaft is a long stroke model, the only electronic cone to be released for Peugeot 103, 85mm long connecting rod version (+9mm) to improve performance and reduce the forcing on the piston, the stroke represents the stroke of the piston, if we offset the crankpin by 1.5mm, this offers 3mm of additional travel, as an example:

Ø46mm kit in 39.1mm stroke (original) = 64.98cc real

Kit Ø46mm in stroke 42.1mm RRD (this crankshaft) = 69.96cc real

Kit PARMAKIT Ø50mm in stroke 39.1mm (origin) = 76.77cc real

Kit PARMAKIT Ø50mm in stroke 42.1mm RRD (this crankshaft) = 82.66cc real

This crankshaft therefore offers additional cubic centimeters of displacement, a huge torque gain, all while bringing you closer to the so-called "square" engine with your big kits! This model is intended for large kits.

The connecting rod has therefore been increased by +9mm to improve engine movement, reduce the forcing on the piston and free up the revs. This crankshaft is cut from the best special hardened steels and has undergone 3 treatments, case hardening. This very high quality crankshaft has been fully studied, designed and tested in our workshops. It is made of high-end materials in Europe.

This version with increased mass diameter offers more inertia, much more solidity and better engine behavior!

This crankshaft offers many advantages:

-Race increased to 42.1mm instead of 39.1mm, which offers an increase in displacement, the race also makes it possible to approach the square race again (46X42.1) and to have better behavior motor in relation to a 39.1 race base.

- Specific crankshaft balancing for the average piston weights of large kits, calculated on an average MALOSSI / POLINI / AIRSAL ...

- Ultra-reinforced connecting rod placed on a 16mm diameter crankpin, ultra-reinforced foot and head cage, improved head lubrication. Length 85mm (+9mm) to improve performance, free up revs, improve engine movement, reduce forcing on the piston, raise the level of the piston at BDC which avoids knocking problems.

* Compulsory milling on MALOSSI casings (band to pass large masses without chamfer) -The price has been pulled down to the lowest for small limited quantities, with a very high quality of materials and manufacturing!

- Cage of connecting rod feet in 12X16X16mm The increase in stroke of 3mm as well as the increased connecting rod +9mm, will require you to use a base wedge of around 10mm), we sell 10mm wedges with a base shape original type, to be aligned with your engine transfers. Then, play with your base gaskets to get the desired compression ratio (also to be defined according to your diagrams).

The PMB piston drops an additional 1.5mm, ideally you will align your lights at the PMB. Attention, do not use this crankshaft with a kit already prepared with very large diagrams on a normal race, the diagrams would end up much too high...

We recommend at most, diagrams of 196 / 133. Be careful, check that the piston closes the exhaust port by at least 0.5mm at top dead center (TDC). On some kits, the plunger may not close the light. It will not fit on a long run! Originally, the ignition of the electronic 103 is set at 0.9mm before TDC.

You can put 1.1mm to 1.2mm ahead of this long race (on a normal race, you can go up to 1.3 to 1.4mm before TDC). Attention for the kit PARMAKIT Ø50mm it is necessary to change the piston is to leave for example on the top performance Ø50mm TPR (also exists in ITALKIT for kit TPR AM6 50mm) because the exhaust port is not clogged at the top dead center.

In addition, the cylinder head must be reworked to respect the piston head angle, etc... Compression ratio: Once you have aligned your cylinder at BDC and with suitable diagrams...

Machine your cylinder head so as to have a good compression ratio. On air-cooled engines, we recommend a squish of 1.00mm with a compression ratio of 12 to 12.6:1 MAXIMUM. On a liquid-cooled engine with pump, a squish of 0.6mm can be used with a compression ratio of 14 to 14.5:1.

On a 50mm diameter air-cooled parmakit with our long stroke, we will recommend a chamber volume between 7.5ml and 7.2mm.

On a Ø46mm kit, we will rather recommend between 6.3ml and 6.08ml for air cooling or between 5.38ml and 5.18ml for liquid cooling!

*With this crankshaft and its 10mm base shim, used 125mm M7 elongated studs only!
