Here is a piece that has greatly surprised us and this in a good way. CARENZI is a brand of the group ACSUD which contains TNT, AXWIN ... This crankshaft is not manufactured by ACSUD but it is subcontracted to a very large manufacturer of crankshaft. What surprised us is the very high level of quality in relation to this price so derisory. First of all, CARENZI has thought of high performance by making this crankshaft in full masses for more pre-compression, these masses are made of high quality treated steel.
The balancing quality is present and proven thanks to the side mallets. The crankpins are large diameter to offer good strength. The connecting rod is mounted on anti-friction wedge, this rod is a reinforced model of good quality. The lubrication of big end is well studied (unlike model am6, this crankshaft has a grease hole in the bottom of the rod). This vilo is delivered with a reinforced cage treated silver of size origin Ø12mm X Ø15mm X L15mm.
Clearly, this vilo is indeed a reinforced model of good quality, it offers in addition to that very good performance, we will advise on the origin, kits 50cc racing (not too much thrust in the towers), and the small 70cc kits. Certainly he will not support a kit MALOSSI MHR team, bidalot racing, ... But he will agree quite for a black TOP 70cc for example.
Attention, some say sell the same as the CARENZI under a different name that we will not mention not to make bad publicity, just simply see that the rod is not at all the same to understand ...
