Description

Here is a piece that surprised us greatly and this in a good way. CARENZI is a brand of the ACSUD group which contains TNT, AXWIN… This crankshaft is not manufactured by ACSUD but it is subcontracted to a very large crankshaft manufacturer. What surprised us is the very high level of quality in relation to this ridiculous price. First of all, CARENZI thought of high performance by making this crankshaft in solid masses for more pre compression, these masses are made of high quality treated steel.



The balancing quality is present and proven thanks to the side hammers. The crank pins are large in diameter to provide good strength. The arms of vilo have been well studied, one of the arms on the ignition side is therefore in large diameter (20mm silk) in order to avoid breakage and to make up for the backlash. The connecting rod is mounted on an anti-friction wedge, this connecting rod is a reinforced model of good quality.


The lubrication of the big end is well studied (we regret the absence of a big hole for the big end of the big end). This vilo is delivered with a reinforced cage treated silver of size origin Ø12mm X Ø15mm X L15mm. Clearly, this vilo is indeed a reinforced model of good quality, it offers on top of that very good performance, we will advise it on the origin, the 50cc racing kits (not too much push in the laps), and small 70cc kits. Admittedly it will not support a kit MALOSSI MHR team, bidalot racing,… But it will agree completely for a black TOP 70cc for example.

Be careful, some say they sell the same as the CARENZI under another name that we will not mention to avoid bad publicity, it is enough to see that the diameter of the bristles or the rod is not the same at all to understand ...
